Migration checklist from another logger

Inventory
List every code path that calls an LLM. You need one log site per path.
Dual-write
Optionally dual-write to old and new systems for a week. Compare counts against Chainyze dashboard volume.
Cutover
Remove the old logger once caps and retention fit. Update runbooks to point at Chainyze pricing and docs.
